I am deleting jpegs or reducing length a jpeg shows  because I want to delete length of video.  I have lots of narration scrips.  As I delete or edit seconds of length of jpegs some of my  narration scrips disappear.  Any idea what is happening?  I thought the narration scrips are floating by themselves?  Are they tied to the jpeg positions where i inserted the scripts?

Very frustrating as I edit this video and appear to lose narration tool scripts.  Can I make scripts independent of jpegs and their seconds?
