Through Outlook email I manage the domain, @amery.net, and we have a number of family members who each have their own email account under the domain name(for example) *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) where mail sent to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is forwarded to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. My address under outlook is also in the domain- *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

Mail sent to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** suddenly started bouncing back to people, and when i investigated I found that you have closed his account on suspicion of operating it outside of your terms of service, or something like that.

I now have around six replies from you, from an unmonitored email address, giving me a link to see your response to this problem and presumably letting me know how to fix the problem, BUT I CANT READ ANY OF THEM!!!!! When i click the link, and sign in as *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or even *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, I am told richard amery (and also bill amery are not authorised to view this information!

I have tried resetting Bills password and that just leads me to his account page, but I still get the same problem message when i go back to the original link.

Your "no response" email system is simply not working for me because the link does not work because we can't sign in and get your messages! So I am begging you to reply with a normal email and tell me what we need to do to again gain access to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** so that he can view his many many days of missed emails and then i can get some peace!

Please don't send me a link to your answer unless you have tested it to make sure that it can be accessed by *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or *** Email address is removed for privacy ***!

Or tell me what my account name should be instead for accessing this information- maybe it's NOT bill@ or *** Email address is removed for privacy ***??

I am tearing my hair out here!

Alternatively, can you give me a phone number anywhere in the world where I can ring a support person?

I have tried the live chat system you offer time and time again and it continues to say "one minute wait" for hours!

Thanks,

Richard Amery (we love you still! (but only just)
