I had been using Live Mail 2011.  Up until a few days ago, I had no problems printing out an email message, then, I could continue printing out anything I wanted, to include email attachments, but not the message itself.  I get an error type message, showing the name of the email message in question across the top of the warning, a yellow triangle icon with an exclamation point within the triangle, and a message saying "an error occurred during this operation" with no error code or further explanation.  Another computer I have on my home LAN, using version 2011, has no such problem.

After wasting time  reading lots of "help" hints on the internet, I deleted Live mail, and installed the program again, this time version 2012.  The problem remains.

I am running Windows 7, version 6.1.7601, service pack 1, build 7601;  Internet Explorer 10; and Live Mail 2012

P.S.  the topic listed from the limited set of choices in this window, I don't believe is relevant!
