I have a built in HP TrueVision HD camera but it won't work, and it's not in the device manager. 
Everyone says to find it in the device manager, but it's not there, everything is saying it can't detect a webcamera. And I have no idea what a Driver is, I've tried downloading some but they just want me to pay money to scan my computer. 

What should I do?
