There is an hp 5660 software update, issued in august 2014 that windows ten automatic update continually tries to install, but has always failed in the past. Now my software update waiting installation shows this as 100% down loaded as well as another windows item ready to install. Neither can be made to happen. How can I keep this hp software from showing up or get it to successfully download? Alternatively, how can I stop auto upgrades so that I can select only the upgrades I want. Finally, how do I get these two item off of the waiting installation status? To post my problem, I had to select items under categories which do not apply.
