I am working on a project with Windows Movie Maker 2012 on Windows 8.

I have video taken on cell phones in portrait view. When I save the movie, the video is stretched to fit the screen instead of staying in the thin, vertical, portrait format.

I don't understand how I can be seeing what I want in the preview window while I'm working on my project.  Then, when I save, the saved video has distorted my videos.

FYI all the cell phone videos that were originally in landscape orientation are fine.  They are all mp4.
