I am trying to uninstall Windows Live Mail from Windows 7 so I can reinstall it to correct a problem. I have tried to reinstall but I get a message that it is already installed.

I went into programs and uninstalled it. I deleted all the folders I could find in program files and program files x86. I went through the registry and deleted any files I could find, but it still tells me the program is installed. How do I get rid of it.
