Recently I bought my Windows 8 Phone. After Created a new live.com account, I cannot tranfer my contacts/people to my live.com from my hotmail.com account. My Win 8 phone is signed up my with new live.com that I created yesterday.

How to Sync/transfer/copy all my contacts from Hotmail.com to Live.com..?

If I go to live.com from my computer and click on 'People'. Only a circle / loading rolls there.... never shows any contacts.
