I keep getting,(usually 6 or more per day) , spam in my windows live inbox, for selling  a certain kind of pill.  There are many different senders listed and, in fact, once it even gave my name as the sender.  I've blocked many of the sender names and domains and have tagged many of the repeated words in the emails to mark as spam.  I still keep getting the spam.  what can I do.  I've called my ISP and they said that it's up to windows to deal with this but I don't know how to make that happen.  Help me, please.
