Hi Guys,

 I'm new to mac and outlook, I cannot set time time interval for receiving messages. It's really annoying to hit send/receive button every 5 minutes to check my emails. Can someone please help me on this. I can find a solution for windows but not for mac. Help needed guys Thanks in advance.
