Original Title : New computer, Windows 8.1 and email retrieval

How an I retrieve my livemail  contacts when I bought a new computer with Windows 8.1?

I had a Visa operating system on my old computer and got my email through Livemail.  My internet provider is Wowway.com that uses pop3.mail

How do I get connected without going to the wowway website?  I need my contacts.
