Photo gallery on my old Vista computer allowed me to tag photos, and then sort my photos by the tag, for example I'd tag a picture cat and then, no matter what folder the pic was in if I chose the cat tag, all cat pics would be visible.

I have downloaded windows live essentials photo gallery onto my windows 8 computer.  I know how to tag a photo, but can't figure out how to retrieve a set of pics based on the tagging.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
