I have a customer reporting to have ads showing on the right column of her outlook.com/hotmail account and she wants to know if it can be removed, her email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I tried to assist by selecting the 3 dots on the message pane and advised to click hide pane, according to customer she does not see this option.
