Basically my facebook has been hacked and they have changed the password and they have deactivated it. To reset the password i need access of my e-mail but i have forgot my e-mail password because i opened it years ago and i dont go on it that much. So i told microsoft and they done a validation report, but i havent recieved a proper response and it doesnt seem to help.
