My name is Kamal Gopinath and I have an account with hotmail which is "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***".
My issue is that while I tried logging in to my account, mistakenly I entered a wrong password more than 3 times and because of this my account got blocked.
As I no longer have access to your alternate e-mail address and I have no idea about the information used when I set up the account, or last updated information as I created this account more than 7 years back and was not using this account for a long time.
But I know my password and would like to login again as I have more than 600 contacts which was saved in the "People" folder of my account from my windows phone.
When I tried to login with existing username and password; I am receiving the message, “It looks like someone else might be using your account".
Is there anyway that I can login with my existing password and get my details please?
Will I be able to login with my existing username and password, If I wait for few days without logging in?
Please Note that I have already logged in my complaint, 4 days back and no one responded as of today!
