I am very much worried about the security of my account.I searched on bing for various methods and then i came forward with some results claiming that they can hack into emails accounts.

I was worried after reading this post http://indianquizleague.blogspot.com/2013/06/learn-how-to-hack-hotmail-account.html It was telling how easy it is to hack accounts.Some coding was mentioned in this post.So,I have a question that is it so simple for the hackers to hack into emails accounts of hotmail???

Please help me and give me suggestions how can i prevent my account from getting hacked???

Please provide necessary info.
