I migrated from Windows Live Mail [WLM] 2012 to Outlook 2016.
-- I transferred my online files and my contacts acceptably.
-- Problem: I have more than 300 locally stored file folders that contain thousands of mail messages, many with attachments, which were stored under WLM 2012. I need to migrate them all to Outlook 2016.
I read Microsoft's online page: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Windows-Live-Mail-2012-will-not-connect-to-Outlook-com-45453b92-373b-4bbb-88ca-f8ec74f8e8fd -- and about 2/3 of the way down that page, it outlined the following:
------------
Locally stored data can be moved from Windows Live Mail 2012 to Outlook 2016 before or after your Outlook.com account is upgraded.
NOTE: You'll continue to have access to locally stored data in Windows Live Mail 2012 after the Outlook.com account upgrade.

-------------
-- I could not find exact instructions on this forum to migrate the WLM folders and data into Outlook 2016.
-- How do I migrate the 300+ local folders and their data, into Outlook 2016?
I appreciate your help!
