Hi, I have a domain that was created as part of a main account. I now need to move that domain to be completely standalone.

I have re-registered the domain under a newly created admin account - *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and verified it via updating the MX record.

Now I cal login into domains.live.com with the new admin account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***- so far so good.

However the domain still shows:

And the only way how to administer users is via the original *** Email address is removed for privacy *** user account.

I basically need to move the domain to be on its own and assign admin rights to the newly created account. Note: when I gave admin rights to the newly created *** Email address is removed for privacy *** he could modify both the domain.com users as well as main.com users - not something I can allow.

Since this is a live account I can't go and delete the domain from the main.com account and re-create - this would interrupt mail flow and I am afraid I may not get it registered again.

Than you for your help!
