How to migrate Outlook from PC–>Mac and maintain a) Contacts’ “modified dates”? and b) Contacts’ Notes’ text formatting (bold, italic, etc)

I'd like to migrate:

WHAT: Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, Notes (but NOT email, as I do not use Outlook for email)

FROM: Outlook 2007 on my PC

TO: Outlook 2011 on my Mac

I TRIED: exporting .PST from my PC/2007, then importing that .PST into my Mac/2011.

THE PROBLEMS: the Contacts on Mac do not retain a) their correct "modified dates" (they change to the import date/time), nor b) their Notes' text formatting (bold, italic, etc).

What do I do to solve those problems?
