How to import Emails (Folder) / Rules  from windows Live Mail Essentials to Mail app windows 10 ?

Mail app windows 10 support html signature ? Because i found how to setup this , but i can not insert formatted text with image.  

Description about my system

I have 3 mail accounts . My total mail size einai 15 Giga mails.
