How to install Windows Live Photo Gallery on this Win 7 laptop?

My Picasa editing software went dead on this Win 7 laptop. I would like to download Windows Live Photo Gallery to replace Picasa. Please advise how... I keep getting links and referrals that take me nowhere. Thank you.
