As a disabled person with spinal injuries I have to limit my time at my computer.  I too find it extremely frustrating that a facility advertised for use on WLM does not work ie the inclusion of a photo in a signature file.  I followed the instructions to the letter many times without success.  But what angers me now is to discover in the Microsoft Community Questions that this problem has been discussed since 2012 and yet still the instructions given on Windows Support pages do not work.

Can anyone finally clear this up once and for all?  I can not afford to waste my limited time on these failed attempts.
