there was not an accurate choice in the problems menu. my existing email provider is shutting down service soon. they helped me download my email to windows live email here, but it only imported the unread emails. how do i import read emails, EVERYTHING from my old inbox? and the contents of my inbox folders too! i need to completely empty my current service inbox and sent folders contents. thanks for any help.
