I was attempting to remove my birth date from my account, only NOW Microsoft is asking for a parent to sign in, Which is not a big deal, except I AM THE PARENT and I just keep landing on the Parent sign in page. What do you do?????

I have given it 24, 36 48 + hours and nothing. Everytime I attempt to sign in I land on Parents consent page-I sign in and land right back on the parents consent page.
