I've been having trouble getting my account unblocked. I've tried to reset my password but the email that I have is expired and I also tried to sign in using a code but I never get the code. Also I've tried to fill out the forum but I wasn't able to fill in some of the boxes because I don't send emails and I've never created any folders and my credit card for my billing in now an expired credit card. I'm not sure what else I can do but I need to fix this problem. Any suggestions??
