I don't use Live Mail but my clients do on Win 7.   We are switching servers and they don't want to lose their current emails stored on the server, but they don't know how to download and store copies onto their local computers.  We need to do that before moving. 

I can't find any info on this procedure with online search. I would be grateful for instructions, preferably with pictures for their sakes...
