I can no longer open any of my files stored in Hotmail. I was having no problems and then for no reason I can recall, I began getting a GetAttachment _aspxfile=9ab37656-f4b4-47d2-ad62-2...,  message every time I try to open a previously opened file attachment.  It asks what I want to do open, save, or save as with the file. When I click on open, it says it is downloading from site afx.ms... . The save and save as options do nothing. this is extremely frustrating as I can not open any of the business files necessary to conduct my home business.  The only addition to the computer has been a new Canon printer which was added the same day that this problem began occurring.
