How do I delete a historic recurring event from my hotmail calendar? 

It only shows on my phone version of the calendar and not when I log in on my PC.  The only options I have on my phone is to "categorise" the item - there is no option to delete it.  As I cannot see the item on my PC, I cannot delete it that way.  I have tried going back to the original item date but again, no option to delete it.

Can anyone assist please?
