I've been trying to deactivate my outlook.com account permanently. I've followed the instructions but the account doesn't appear closed? Every time I login to check I can still access the account? I've contacted chat for help and they suggested I try this forum for additional help. I will wait 24hrs to access the account again to verify if it worked or not. Your feedback is appreciated.
