In Outlook Express and Windows Essentials 2012 there used to be a filtering system which was termed as "Rules". Somewhat similar purpose is served in Gmail by "Settings > Filters".

Now, we have Live Mail in which I cannot find this useful feature. I checked Help but they seem to speak of Outlook 2016 and Outlook 2013 which do not help me.

How to create Rules in Mail (Live Mail) image 1?

If it were a question of creating Rules in Outlook Mail, I found the way, but here my problem is not with Outlook Mail (image 2 below) but with Mail (Live Mail) (image 1 above)--
