I would like to ask is there any option in outlook.com to create alias email address which won't be able to sign in? 

I would like very much to have that possibility, because such alias would be more safer to use over the net. We could have our main, primary email address just for signing and aliases for comfortable sharing over the net, because such aliases won't be connected with our password. And any hacker etc, won't be able to hack our email if he has only our alias. 

Such possibility has fastmail.fm for example. Their aliases are not connected with the password.
