I've been using Windows Live mail for years but with third-party email accounts, a university address and a Time Warner one. In migrating to a new PC I inadvertently imported the same directory of contacts twice, resulting in about 900 duplicate contacts in WLM, maybe more. I tried to use the Clean Up contacts button in Contacts, but it only seems to work if your contacts reside in an Outlook (or Microsoft?) account, not third-party ones. I can sign in to WLM with my WLM credentials: this enables the Clean Up Contacts button, but it leads to a page not found site that just tells me

We can't find that page Is there no way to efficiently clean up my contacts in WLM? I have a Microsoft account now with a different sign in than my Windows Live Mail, but that doesn't seem to help. Tech support there suggested posting the issue here.
