I have windows 10 pc and windows live mail. I like using this email service since I have multiple email addresses and I can view them all in one place.

I would like to know how to set up all my outgoing mail to automatically BCC me.

Also, what's up with the signatures.  Sometimes it pops up automatically but most of the time I have to select which signature I want to use.  Is there a setting I am missing? I would like the email program to always select the correct signatures depending on which email is sending the email...
