Hi! 

I have some difficulty to send big size attachment of mail from outlook 2011 of Mac(OSX 10.9.5).

Now I use exchange account of my company but only have difficulty to send  big size attachment in outlook 2011 of Mac.

As I searched the same problem in this community and found good answer as below.

But I don't know how to open " web.config file."

Please let me know how to open "web.config file."

Could you please help me to fix my problem?
