Hello, my friend has recently lost her daughter in tragic circumstances. She was 23yrs old. She desperately wants to access her emails as it contains number of photos that she would love to keep. Is there any legal way of parent accessing their daughter's account? They are willing to obtain any paperwork required as well as providing death certificate.
