i have 2 accounts(emails) that are blocked (possible fishing/frozen accounts) the stupid thing is that both of them are emailing each other with the recovery email and i can't acess it , to put it even worst i didn't put any phone number or security question on those accounts (only used for games and forums... small things).

is there anyway i cant talk to MS directly about this and try to recover my emails by giving them the isp , ip's ? something ?
