It appears someone tried to hack my account. MS wisely sent me a msg asking me to verify I am me. I did this, and I changed my PW.

Ever since then, I have been forced to log in EVERY TIME I want to check my email.

Not only that, but if I have my email open on my computer while I am doing something else, MS SIGNS ME OUT after an hour or so!!! forcing me to once again, log back in!

WHY!!! I_DID_NOT_DO_ANY_THING!!!!

I have asked repeatedly for an explanation, and I keep getting sent links that do not work, so for about two weeks I have been laboring with this signing in madness, NOT knowing WHY all this is happening.

Will someone PLEASE get all this back to normal??? Can I have my [relatively] convenient, EASY TO USE AND ACCESS Email back?

Please? Will someone just contact me without sending me some weird link?
