I currently have 2 outlook accounts on the Web (Outlook.com and Hotmail).  I recently purchased Office with Outlook for my new PC and installed Outlook on my PC.  Is there a good guide on how to setup a local Outlook account?  The Outlook on my PC is not synching with my Web Outlook.
