How do you contact Outlook to have them fix the problem of inablility to seach past e-mails since I am not the only one having the problem.

Since I am not the only one who cannot access past e-mails through the search e-mails there must be a system problem with outlook.   Who do you contact to let them know of the problem so they can fix it.
