Several times I have had problems with Windows Live Mail 2011 automatically routing mail that I wanted to receive to "junk mail".

In going through settings I couldn't find how to access and change parameters for selection.

Most of the mail that was routed automatically to junk was common cellphone mail servers such as gmail.

But today I saw an email with an attached proposal on my cellphone (cellphone is setup for IMAP to leave emails on server). Then when I returned home to my desktop, to download and print the MS Word proposal ; I couldn't find it.

Looking further I found it in "junk mail" on my desktop computer. The email with proposal was from an address that was a companyname.com. I can't think of any reason it was automatically routed to "junk mail".
