I want to make a Forwarding Rule that will forward Old and New messages from a particular sender to another email address.  But so far I can't find a method to create a New rule that will apply to Old messages. The "sweep" option doesn't help if you're trying to add a Forwarding rule, Flag rule, Category rule, etc. (i.e. anything where you don't want to remove the messages from your Inbox).

G-mail has a feature called "apply filter to existing messages".  Is there anything comparable in Hotmail/Outlook.com. ?
