I have set up a Microsoft Outlook account but the system is not allowing me to validate the account or sign in.  I have an email from member services asking me to validate the account by signing in - however when I click on "sign in" , all that happens is that I am returned to the Inbox page!  I should be grateful to receive simple instructions on how to sign in/validate my new account? Lesley Cree.

PS. I would add that my husband set up an account for himself at the same time and was able to validate and use his account simply.
