I am trying to sync my childs email account with her Nokia Lumia phone.  The email account needs to be verified by an adult which I am trying to do but everytime I log in as her, it asks for a parent to log in for permission I do this then, it says I need to update her personal information but I an never find it as when I click OK it takes me back to the original log in page.  I am going round and round in circles and ready to throw computer and phone out the window.

The phone wont install any updates until this is resolved and the microsoft account on the phone, just keeps trying to sync then says attention required, but I can't do anything.
