I've been trying to regain access of an old email that I lost access to a few months back. Everytime I log in, I get this message:

"Your account has been temporarily blocked
Someone may have used your account to send out a lot of junk messages or done something else that violates the Microsoft services agreement.
What do you need to do?
Please contact Customer Support.  We'll ask you some questions and help you make sure your account is secure.

There is no option to add a phone number. I've contacted Customer Support and they have redirected me here.
