Hi I have just purchased a new computer and I am wanting to transfer my emails from my old computer which I was using Windows Mail 11 to the new computer which I am trying to use Outlook 2013.

I am transferring from Windows 7 to Windows 8.

I am hoping someone can tell me how I can keep all my old emails and contacts please. Thankyou.
