I'm running Vista, and was using Windows Mail. My online mail (outlook.com) had only all the emails dumped in the POP folder and the contacts didn't sync. In Windows mail, I had roughly 30 folders and 1,000 contacts, and figured these should be reflected online, so I migrated everything to Windows Live Mail and imported everything. This was done really, so I could sync everything with my new Android phone.
So, I now have all the contacts online and the mail is syncing well to my phone, except for one problem.
I imported all the folders, which were then saved under Storage folders. Then I manually moved (created new folders then moved the emails) them under my default (only) account. So they are at the same level as the Inbox. Everything is there and is working fine.
What isn't working, is none of those folders are reflected online. When I go online, only the usual folders are there, i.e. Inbox, Junk, Drafts, Sent, Deleted and its subfolder POP. The contacts are all there. But none of my newly created/imported/moved (as described above) folders in Windows Live Mail appear.
How do I sync those folders so that they're available online on outlook.com, or hotmail.com, or whatever site I use.
TIA
