I have a Hotmail account and I am using Windows 8.1 with IE 11.

Your advice says to select Tools/Options then Mail Alerts.

Unfortunately, when I select Tools the only choice I get is More Mail Settings.

This gives me a page with many choices.......I have gone through every single one of these and cannot find any Alert choices.

Help!
