I'm assuming you are referring to videos with speech.

1. Start playing the video.

2. Right-click on then video the go to Enhancements then Play speed settings.

You can control speed from this panel.

Dear Jetta,

I am using Windows Live Movie Maker.  Is it possible to slow down audio in that?  I need to do that for the purpose of transcribing.

When I right-click on the video, I neither get 'Enhancement' nor 'play' as reported by Lawrence.
