I made the e-mail account over 5 years ago and I hardly remember most of the information of the account and apparently I changed the password in the past 5 years. The problem is I can't remember the password at all, the e-mail that was linked to it in case of I forgot my password was deactivated and I've tried so many password combinations that it won't let me try to reset the password again. I've tried to send the reset link to another account various times, but I just don't remember enough of the information from the original account for Microsoft to accept the request. Please any help would be appreciated
