I get it on my smartphone, and on another account linked to my outlook.com account (BT/Yahoo) in winmail on W8 tablet. Outlook.com seems much slower anyway than either of the other two locaions, even when it is working. I have noted that there have been
problems with email over the last few days, which have "been Fixed". Clearly they haven't. The reporting a problem option isn't very helpful/specific in its choices. So, is there another way?
